This driver issue can happen a few times, so the better is to debug and remove this chance at first. I created a batch file like you said, but only included the Galaxy command from the shortcut in it `D:\Galax圜lient\Galax圜lient.exe /command=runGame /gameId=2110288694 /path="D:\GOG Games\BloodRayne 2 Terminal Cut"`, then in the G Hub I set that batch file as the program to trigger the profile. The major problems due to which Logitech G Hub fails to detect your mouse hardware connection are: Driver got Corrupted There are instances when our driver, especially in Windows the driver gets corrupted. It's a messy workaround that may not work for all games because of certain launchers or something, but it is worth a shot. The Game running should trigger your mouse profile, and then Galaxy will detect the game as already running and pop up an error, but start tracking properly. One way is to set up a batch to run the Game exe directly, then call the Galaxy shortcut. ![]() After youve uninstalled the software, restart your computer. With the gaming mouse still connected to your computer, uninstall LGS. Paladin181: I had a solution for xpadder (it could automatically detect games) But I believe it was to use the game exe file, unfortunately. Logitech Gaming Software does not detect the G502 gaming mouse. ![]()
